These are some live, unedited ambient creations which hopefully act as a conduit for regeneration. They were intuitive and improvisational and my best intention is that someone will feel the intuitive somatic release and re-connection with the calm/rest state in their body(s). Best experienced lying down with eyes closed in a safe-enough environment (and also I can see this being a great resource for Noise Cancelling headphones in busy environments)..

I'm autistic and I need gentle sounds when I feel overstimulated (so I made an album). Before I knew I was autistic, I would have these experiences where I would become non-verbal (I couldn't speak) and I'd have to lock myself in my room and put things over the windows to block out all the light. I would put noise cancelling headphones on and lie in bed listening to eric satie or brian eno albums. It would take hours to calm down.

Now that I know I am autistic, I understand that this is part of being hyper-sensitive in a world which doesn't appreciate, understand or support sensitivity. and I know that what I experienced for so, so, so, so many years is called "autistic burnout". and it's okay. and I can learn to support myself and get the support I need.

Hopefully this album will connect some people with their bodies and their hearts. I hope you can feel some love.
